What if i can't find my part?

If you cannot find your part, please click here to contact your local dealer who will be happy to assist you in your search.


Why do you not have available batteries/tires/chains/oils?

There are many options to choose from when it comes to the above parts. Contact your local dealer to see the best options for you.


What is a special order part?

Some parts are not held in stock. These items can still be ordered direct from the supplier. Special order items cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. Please contact your local dealer who will happily assist you in finding the parts you need.


My bike has no parts listed

We strive to have all recent, New Zealand models uploaded. Because of this, grey market motorbikes or motorbikes which no longer have parts manufactured, are not uploaded.


How long will my order take?

Once an order is placed and confirmed your selected Dealer will be notified. If there is stock available you can expect to see your part(s) within 1-3 working days. 


How do I find out about my order status?

Your Dealer will contact you about any order updates. However, if you have any concerns please contact your local dealer.


I want to change/cancel my order

If you would like to make an amendment to your order, please get in touch with the dealer you placed the order with. Ensure you have your order reference or order details available. Please note that cancellations or changes may not be feasible and are looked at on a case by case basis.


Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

We do not currently ship outside of New Zealand.


The parts I received were incorrect/damaged

In the unlikely case the parts you receive are not up to par, please contact your local dealer who will work this out.


Is my payment secure?

All payments are processed through PayPal. All financial information (like your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on PayPal servers, so you don’t need to share your financial information with the person you’re buying from. In addition, your transactions are monitored by PayPal 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by a dedicated team of security specialists to defend against fraudulent activity.  


Why is my local dealer not listed?

If you are unable to find your local dealer in the shopping cart but would still like to purchase from them, you can contact them here to manually process your order.


Return Policy

Parts may be returned to the original selling dealer if:

  • Parts have not been fitted
  • Parts are in original packaging and unopened
  • Return is made within 14 working days of the dealer despatching*
  • The dollar value per invoice is greater than $7
  • The item is stocked (Special Orders cannot be returned).
  • Electronic equipment is not returnable under any condition.


The dealer has the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met. Any freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
